Terrible terrible service. Car i3 been there for 7 weeks and still not repaired. They are slowly learning that they have to keep the customer informed, but it still requires chasing. Genuinely wish I had never bought a car from them or a BMW, awful premium brand with customer service that's not even budget standard. Avoid!

Ocean BMW in Falmouth are appalling and a disgrace to the brand. On a number of occasions, my wife’s car has been booked in, under duress I may add, and time and again their service falls well short of expectations. Today, a service booked for 09:00, isn't in the workshop until 12:30 leaving us waiting for most of the day and yet again they give some terrible excuses for their shortcomings.. Their correspondence and communication is not acceptable and I would strongly avoid. We will drive to Plymouth in future where the levels of service are much higher.
Absolutely dreadful. My car was due for a service and booked in. The day prior to the service we had a call to check that the car would be there for a recall and MOT. We corrected the person who called. We then asked if we could have an MOT done after the service, it seemed a good idea, which was agreed. Later in the day we called to check and were told that the car was booked for an MOT and service, and as we had a service plan there would only be a standard MOT charge.nThe car was taken in the next day. At about 2pm we had a video sent to us from a mechanic going over tyres, suspension and brakes, all OK., but nothing about service or MOT or collection.nWe rang to see if the car was ready for collection, we were told it was, but no MOT as it wasn't booked in for one and there would be a charge of £100 + for the service. To make matters worse the man on the phone was condescending and kept calling my wife 'dear'. I asked to talk to his manager and was told he was unavailable, I was also told that there was no complaints mechanism available.nDO NOT USE THIS DEALER IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY.nAddendum: My wife talked at length to the service manager who kindly removed the charge in question, but still a day ruined.
Left high and dry on a emergency transmission service. Called three times to have it booked in as advised on the dashboard warnings. Emailed front desk and service department and nobody ever got back to me.nnIf you’re not swanning about in an M5, you’re a low priority.nnLast time I’ll buy a car through Ocean.
