Have used this chip shop every week for over a year ordering on the app and always had fantastic service. However on this occasion I got their to find the item I had ordered was sold to the previous customer despite her colleagues who are always excellent trying to stop her but instead she expected me to wait for them to be cooked again absolutely terrible service and will not be returning which is a shame as prior to this I would have rated 5*.
Speed is of the essence. Very busy shop with a wide variety of meals. Fish and chips really rate
Ordered a tandoori wrap this evening. Old chicken, pungent taste, no mayo as ordered and a few scraps of salad. Won’t be ordering again!
Rubbish customer service from the young lad that answers the phone he’s very rude when asking if you can use a voucher that was granted by management from a previous order they got wrong he said we couldn’t use it when asked why he just said because you can’t absolutely shocking service will not be using these again Nikos is definitely the best chippy in town.
Quite literally the best chip shop in Melton, been ordering from here for years and I’ve NEVER had any issues. The service is wonderful, the food is great and has never arrived late. I cannot recommend enough!

We love these guys The food is sometimes a touch slow coming out but equally we do order things that need cooking so it's all good. Good food, nice staff. 5 stars
Awful place. Placed and order for collection for it to be rejected and messaged saying they were closed straight away, but they weren't because what I wanted wasn't available. Instead they could have rang me and offered an alternative but never. Avoid avoid avoid
Incredibly upset tonight.  Having been a regular customer for years I called this evening the first time ever after receiving a much smaller portion of cheesey chips than usual.  There was nothing wrong with them which I'd made clear, just a third less.  I thought I'd call to see if their portion sizes had changed as this usually feeds the three of us and this evening was only enough for 2.  I also said that my pie was cold.  They kindly offered to send more chips and a pie.  When the delivery driver arrived he asked for the chips back, which I explained my children had eaten as there was nothing wrong with them, to which he replied 'you've had a free meal then'!  I offerred to give him the pie I'd cut into that was cold to which he refused.  I called the shop to complain about the way I was spoken to and the owner said he was within his rights to ask for the food back, so I had to explain again that I hadn't complained about the chips!  I'm so upset and completely insulted. I won't be going back there again.
