I highly recommend Occasions of West Street.  I absolutely fell in love with my dress, it was perfect for me.  Elena is absolutely lovely and her alterations were fabulous and seamless! Elena is the fairy god mother every bride needs! I bought a wedding dress from a well-known online retailer's bridal collection so it was not tailored to fit my body, which is why I went looking for a seamstress. Any bride-to-be will know the stress of handing over your beloved dress to be altered but I cannot recommend Occasions of West Street enough. The dress needed re-sizing and Elena altered it perfectly for my body. Trying it on for the first time after the alterations were done made me feel how I only imagined trying on my wedding dress. Bree is also very sweet, friendly and helpful and helped me to have an all-round great experience.

I had an appointment Thursday to discuss alterations to my mother of groom outfit bought elsewhere. Elena instantly knew what was needed to make the dress fit and gave me two  options/quotes to choose. I was pleased to find that the alterations would be complete in 2 weeks time. Imagine my surprise when I had a phonecall the very next day to say the dress was ready! The alterations were very clever and importantly invisible. So pleased with outcome and cost.

I had such a lovely experience buying my wedding dress frok Occasions. The team were so friendly and helpful, recommending me styles I would not have thought to try myself. Beautiful dresses and I would definitely recommend any Bride-to-Be to pay them a visit.

I loved this little shop with its alteration room on site so all in one shop . After Looking for. a dress I was pleasantly surprised to whittle it down to 3 dresses. Bree assisted me very well in going through the dresses & nothing was too much trouble . Thank you

Lovely place, I've used them to buy my wedding dress a few years ago and fancy evening gown last year. Always pop by when there is a special occasion dress to look for!

Mum and daughter were absolutely amazing. Went in to look for an engagement party dress and they tried their very best to find the perfect dress. They went above and beyond. Even though I told them I only have weeks for my engagement day they even helped me find a matching shoes. So excited for my dress to be ready for the big day. I cannot recommend them enough

Very beautiful place, with wonderful dresses. I bought 2  evening dresses for my sister's wedding. I like this shop and I will be back to do the corrections for my dresses because they are too long for me.

Thanks for a relaxing, stress free experience. I had a very nervous daughter trying on prom dresses for the first time and we were put at ease and not rushed or pushed for a sale in any way. It was a great dress shopping experience for both of us. Thanks
