If I could give them 10 stars I would. Occasions did the best job on our wedding cake on the 18th June this year. They did a free taster session and we knew we chose the right place. Picked a design I loved, and they recreated it to perfection. Each tier was a different flavour, moist and packed with flavour. The decoration was on point, and the sugar flowers executed perfectly. I would highly recommend them! Thank you so much for doing such a wonderful job!

Recently had a cake made by this company and could not be happier. The cake was absolutely delicious lemon flavour and was so moist. The married couple who own the company made me feel like they’d known me forever. They were so helpful and called to confirm both my order and what I wanted, on different occasions to ensure they would get it right. I have seen someone give 1 star recently and it just does not reflect their business in the slightest and is detrimental to their hard work. This is reflected in the other reviews.

Asked Occasions to make a 60th Birthday cake for my sister. I used pictures on their website as a guide to designing a cake with an icing caricature of my sister and her cat. Went to collect cake, unbelievably beautiful and professional, except, my sister, whose 'trademark' is her blond hair, had GREY hair!! I had provided them with an 'average' quality phone photo of her, but I realised it was over exposed and the shade of hair was EXACTLY the same as the photo I had provided, so the ' fault ' was my own entirely. BUT, they said if I could come back in a couple of hours, they would re- do her hair blond for me at no extra cost for their time and my mistake I am so grateful to them. The cake had more photos taken of it than people at the party! And... it was absolutely delicious, lemon one later and carrot on top. Thank you so much for your trouble and service.

So disappointed, I ordered a 66 cake in fruit and sponge months ago over the phone. I went into the shop a week later to confirm booking they wrote down the order. I asked if I should pay now and was told no just pay when you pick up. I was expecting to pick the cake up today to be told I have tried to call you as we have no details for the cake and no deposit. I explained that he wrote the details down and told me to pay on collection I have no message and at this point the man I support with a learning disability has no birthday cake. At no point was there an apology or offer of any assistance. The way he spoke to me was appalling . I will never use again or recommend
Fantastic cake shop! Staff always happy to help, cheerful and knowledgeable! Prices are reasonable. Had a 3 tier wedding cake designed here and it tasted and looked amazing!! They even set the cake up at my venue. I have also ordered birthday cakes here and they always turn out amazing! I can't recommend them enough!!
Met these fab people at wedding fair. Had a cake tasting session and booked a 5 tier cake the samples were amazing. All cut from a slice of cake not a cupcake! The flavours were the best we had tasted. The cake was set up even the iced flowers on the cake were spot on! Brilliant service. Everyone commented on the look and taste of our wedding cakes. Simply the best . Thank you so much for perfecting out day. We also had a bus groomsmen cake. Fab!
