I used this flower shop to have 2 vases created with artificial flowers, to decorate my home. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite and I am thrilled with the beautiful flower arrangements that were created for me.

Flowers for my dad's funeral were less than half the size that we ordered. When we ordered she assured us that they would be big enough to look good. However by the time that we saw them the funeral was under way and we could do nothing about it.. Needless to say we were upset enough without this added disappointment. They were so small it was distressing. This last tribute to our dad made it look like we didn't care! But if this was not bad enough she then absolutely refused to refund any of our money, even though she admitted that it was not what e ordered. She said that we should have returned them straight away, so that they could be reused! Shame on you occasion flowers. You ruined our occasion.

Absolute lifesaver, let down last minute by prestige flower (large online store) I didn't even know this place was there as I never travel past it. She whipped me up a great bunch of flowers and at short notice. and all with a warm friendly attitude. A great experience and I will be going here for all my future needs. Thank You again.
