Same day service is a joke. Have worn three items from batch I had watched. All have grease marks on them. Nothing I can do. Clothing is ruined and must wear it for remainder of trip. Woman at counter was extremely rude as well. Agree if I could give it no stars I would.

Overly expensive... enough clothes to last three people for six days (so 18 set of socks/shirts/undies, and about 4 pairs of jeans, no jackets)... cost us £42! And they wouldn't even give an estimate of price beforehand... but we'd had the exact same load done in York for about £18, so we weren't concerened. Yikes! And they were rude here too... no hello, goodbye, thank you... it was almost as if our business was an inconvenience.

Rude, rude, rude!!!!!!!! How on earth does this place stay in business?!!! We walked out in utter disgust! Would give no stars if possible! Avoid like the plague!!

Visiting Oban, had two bags of laundry. First impression was of two harassed and acerbic staff with no patience left to be civil. They divided our bags into 4 baskets- £12-£14 a basket. £52 for two bags of laundry. Decided against using the service. The supply and demand must be astronomical to get away with that. The last straw being that when I went back to say we'd changed our mind, the four baskets had been condensed into three. Had they offered to do it as 3 lots at £12 we'd have put up with the grumpy attitude.

The worst experience with any place of business we have ever had, from a snippy attitude to missing clothes. If you need laundry washed, use the self service machines at the gas station just north of the city proper, we wish we had seen them sooner! They only get a star so I can post this review.
