I'm absolutely disgusted with this salon, booked in to have my extensions moved up as my normal lady was too busy, (my hair was done back Ricki) my extensions were 8 weeks old beautyworks gold & 50g of angel remy costing me nearly £400! They decided to cut them but for some unknown reason cut them from 22inch to around 16inches, but this wasn't the end the cut wasn't even straight, so then then went on to cut more !!! And it still wasn't straight! My lovely extensions were completely ruined I may as well if just thrown £400 down the drain, when I complained the owner was so unprofessional she said I expected her to "bend over backwards to sort the problem" she the offered to buy me some cheap 114g extensions from Paul's hair world, when I said that wasn't really fair she told me " I either have it done or I don't bother" every salon I have spoke to about this has said they would of just phoned the brand (beautyworks) and replaced the hair if they had done this to me! It's not even what they have done it's the way they have spoken to me, they have even been ringing me on private number and telling me not to contact them ever agiain?? What professional business does that im absolutely heart broken with what they have done to my lovely new extensions please AVOID AVOID!
