Recently switched to this dental practice after I lost confidence with my previous dentist. Always get a very friendly welcome when I visit. The staff are helpful and appointments run on time - which is great! I am a nervous patient but after receiving care from Dentist Maria I don't feel anxious about being in the chair.
I have been using this practice for years. There was a period I went away, but I came back. The staff are kind and very pleasant and helpful. I am a nervous patient who can easily have anxiety when seeing the dentist, but to see the same dentist everytime is very helpful for this and my anxiety has reduced over the years that I can feel at ease. I would recommend this practice.
Been a patient for many years and the service has always been excellent, the reception staff are friendly and welcoming, the waiting area clean and pleasant. Miroslav is always polite and professional and the dental nurse was friendly and made an effort to make conversation, which made all the difference. There is definitely a move away from NHS patients but what is the benefit to the patient of going private? Overall a very good experience.
Faultless service, always get a welcoming smile at the reception desk. Cannot praise the staff enough, looked after me for many years now. Always explaining clearly each stage of my dental treatment when required.
I cannot fault this practice at all, the reception staff are lovely and nothing is ever too much trouble…they have been very accommodating when I’ve needed an emergency appointment. My dentists / hygienist- Maria and Sarah are both amazing with me and my daughter, couldn’t recommend them enough X
Excellent standard of dental care. The staff are always friendly and extremely helpful. They have been especially kind and caring during my breast cancer journey.
Been going years was a good dentist till covid 19 struck now been taken off the register without even a letter or a reason why. My own dentist won't even offer me help even with an emergency nor book me in unless I ring 111 absolute joke.
My appointment for an NHS dentist was cancelled for the second time & I was told I couldn't book an appointment until next year. This would have meant a two year wait for an appointment. I only got an appointment after complaining to the practice manager.
Really pleased with my dental treatment. I can become very anxious due to a previously bad medical experience; however the staff were so understanding and caring I felt totally at ease.
Have been a patient at the practice for many years The staff are brilliant, Kelly & Kerry are always positive and engaging when I visit, with big smiles and a laugh about the world before you visit the dentist. Which brings me to Lisa Wild, or as I call her Wild Lisa! The best dentist I have ever had, the treatment is always explained, any issues ave always even resolved when needed and the bonus is no dental pain when in surgery. Fantastic service by all the team, five stars is not enough Thanks Justin
