Absolutely amazing dental practitioners and staff. As someone who has been involved with awful dentist experiences in the past, the team at Bupa are the complete opposite, they make you feel so welcome, involved and at ease. Brilliant access to appointments and expert support and advice with different treatment options. I’d highly recommend.
I’ve always found this practice friendly and helpful ,professional in there approach to me as I’ve always been a nervous customer to deal with .I’ve never felt pressured into any of there dental plans they have suggested to me.And always been happy with the service they have provided.
The Hygienist and her assistant were both VERY professional and considerate to my comfort during my appointment, I couldn't have been happier with with it! Thank You.
Constantly cancelled appointments. So much so my six year old daughter has seen a dentist once, ever! Appreciate covid had some effect over last two years but there’s no excuse for the five other cancelled appointments. Utterly hopeless at providing a service to the community.

After leaving a scathing one star review a few years ago it was interesting, if unsurprising, to find the practise has not improved over the intervening years. An appointment just to see a dentist had me waiting for over a month, and I was cheerfully told by the receptionist that I'd have to wait around 5 ! months for an appointment to actually be treated. The practice remains desperately oversubscribed and is only interested in making money at the health of the patient's expense. Dreadful. Avoid at all costs.
I was worried when my dentist Peter retired. But I needn't have. Saw Ash yesterday for two not very nice fillings and he was wonderful. His nurse was lovely too. No pan at all.

Had to have an extraction last week. I am a VERY nervous patient and I saw dentist Ash and nurse Dee. They, along with the receptionist were so kind and friendly. I can honestly say I only felt the first of the 3 injections and, although the tooth was resistant to coming out, I didn't feel anything as it was removed. I would highly recommend them.
Julian has once again blown me away with how amazing his dental work is. I’m a very nervous patient but feel so relaxed in his care. My teeth have never looked so amazing. Thank you An update - I’ve had further treatment on different teeth and once again Julian has made me cry tears of joy at how I can now truly smile with beautiful teeth. Thank you once again.
