I am a disabled person who cannot walk and use a wheelchair I had a private appointment today with Bupa Dental Care Manchester, Saint annes arcade, 14 St Anns Square, Manchester M2 7HQ The clinic info says it's wheelchair friendly and the nurse even confirmed this over the phone but When he went, it was the exact opposite. There are stairs inside and outside the clinic. It is impossible for anyone who uses a wheelchair to be able to enter, and for this reason I could not see the doctor because I could not enter the wheelchair because of the stairs. The nurse apologized and said the appointment will be canceled. This clinic is not wheelchair friendly, and they say On the contrary, please pay attention. Thank you
When a bridge fell out after 30 years I wanted partial denture to replace it. Another local dentist that I'd seen before would only see me if I wanted dental implants, which I didn't. Bupa agreed to do what I wanted for a fair price. Very good service from people not trying to upsell me. They are also flexible around appointment times that I can fit around work.
I had an appointment with a dental hygienist, Caroline today. She was brilliant. She took the time to discuss gum disease prevention with me, gave me some useful tips and explained how to look after my teeth correctly. She was very knowledgeable, informative and friendly. I was very pleased with the results after my scale and polish procedure. It was my first appointment at this practice. The girl at the reception was very friendly too. I highly recommend this practice.
Amazing surgery and amazing staff. Iona is an absolute credit to the surgery. I am an extremely nervous patient. She always takes her time with me and explains what she is going to do before she does it. She is a genuine lovely person.
I was first seen to by Dr kee in 2021 for a checkup having been referred to her by friends and peers who had long been patients and thoroughly impressed by her professionalism and quality of work. I was not left disappointed and felt only fair to share my positive experience for others to benefit too! Restored my confidence and faith in the dentist after previous discouraging attempts! Bupa, at 14 St Anns Square M2 7HQ. Friendly and helpful reception at Bupa. Today I had 'Root Canal treatment'. I am on the "Autistic Spectrum". I do suffer with anxiety. May I thank Dr Ioana Dulca and Dental Assistant/Nurse. Dr Dulca explained to me about the procedure step by step and created a friendly and calming atmosphere in the room. Equally I received professional and adequate dental treatment.
They’re really nice and thorough. I always have a nice time here not including the obvious if it is a filling ha ha, they chat, give great advice, and are so friendly. The only down side is that weird access front door, but it works. Thank you Bupa St Anne’s!
I had root canal treatment work done with Ioana and Lara. Ioana was so confident and really knew what she was talking about and doing. This was a relief to me because I had been trying to get this problem fixed for around a year and other dentists seemed perplexed. They were both great and I was so happy with my results. Thank you ladies!
I was seen by Caroline and Aiofe and they were really informative and spent time giving me advice. All the nurses, Dentists and hygienists I have spoken to have been so friendly and nice, they are a credit to Bupa. A great team, many thanks
Ioana is a brilliant dentist definitely recommend her to anyone for looking after their dental requirements.
