I had not been to the dentist for years due to an awful experience in the past but was forced to book an emergency appointment recently. Luckily we chanced upon Leckhampton Dental Care! All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, especially the reception staff who immediately put me at my ease. The dentist was very informative, outlining various options for treatment. Both the dentist and dental nurse were so understanding of me being so nervous and were very patient and kind. The reception area is very pleasant and it was obvious that everywhere is kept exceptionally clean. I would highly recommend Leckhampton Dental Care and I am very appreciative of the treatment and care I received.
Okay. We've had varied experiences when visiting so given a 4. My dental work has been good but the results my husband received was poor. Very friendly staff. Good to explain work / what's happening. Bit pricy though, I know dentists are but seem more than the norm.
Very thankful to all the staff who came in to work today despite the challenges. Immensely grateful to Dr Erlind Pepla and Dr Touheed Hamid for sorting out my tooth despite staff shortages. Special thanks to Vicky at Reception for being very helpful always. Would highly recommend!
Always have a great experience here. My dentist Erlind is brilliant and dental nurse Emma at my most recent visit was lovely. All of the staff are welcoming, very pleasant dentist.
Was very nervous but was put at ease by the friendly staff. Had my appointment with Kez and Erlind who were both very friendly and looked after me very well. They explained the treatment plan to me and helped me with all my questions

Having recently transferred to the practice from another BUPA practice, what a difference. The receptionist staff are all really pleasant, helpful and professional. Needing an implant the care and attention of Toheed and his supporting surgical staff has been outstanding. He is both thorough and understanding and I certainly feel as though I am in very good hands. Personally I would not now want to go anywhere else as I believe that I am definitely getting the best possible treatment which is delivered in an exceptional manner.

I attended as an emergency patient. I can’t thank them more, everyone was so lovely as I was very nervous. The dentist and reception staff put me at ease. I would highly recommend.
Turn up at the practice it is all shut no one is picking up any calls... I Had appointment somehow out of hours, had a call to confirm this and they were very nice and reassuring even pushed the time back to make it a bit earlier for me due to a cancellation. Very strange, bottom line is my time was wasted not too pleased as there was no point of contact to explain anything just a shut door.
