An extremely busy cafeteria style experience in an open-plan setting. Food good, and the situation with the food being cold or tepid seems to have been solved. Very expensive, and for the price it should include table service.Food: 4/5

Went for an afternoon tea with my wife this afternoon. Was great value for money at only £14.95 for 2. You get a nice selection of sandwiches a freshly baked scone baked that morning also a good selection of cakes and not small pieces either and a choice of either tea or coffee.

Very poor on every level, visited for a family breakfast, 2 meals arrived very quickly, 25 mins later still no sign of the others after asking 3 times , with out explanation I was offered money back for only 1 meal! What a waste of £25 and a ruined family breakfast!!!

Staff turnover very high which always implies POOR Management or working conditions.

Great food great service  been going there for years

Chips were cold and too salty ask for chips with no salt was told they don't do them

Carvery not much choice not eny better than a roast at home.

Enjoyed our meals plenty of food

Food average cafe quality, staff misserable.

Good place for a cuppa or light meal
