They're an OK size but the service was great. The server was friendly and helpful. They advised my friend of better sand options and made sure he knew what he was doing when he was buying fresh and salt water tanks.
I have been using them for 12 years and usually I am completely satisfied. Staff always friendly and helpful. Ready to give professional advice. Fully professional and enthusiastic people. Plenty of marine, tropical and cold water fish. A lots of choice of fish tank equipment , which one you can't find in other shops. Usually reasonable prices. I fully recommend. I would like all stores to have such professional employees instead of not having the proper knowledge and telling stupidity.
If you have an interest in aquarium fish, this is the best place to visit. Staff are very experienced so you will have all the help and advice you may need.
Just come back from this shop after purchasing a good amount of fish for my tank. I just want to say the man that sorted us out was amazing. He Really looked after us. Really nice man and really deserves a good review. What a legend thank you
Awesome shop and staff very very helpful and extremely knowledgeable!!! After going into my local fish shop in Bolton not naming, I looked at there reviews and they were shocking and afew people mentioned Oasis Aquarium in Salford. Well can I say, I wasn’t disappointed at all and got fully kitted out. Just need to buy our fish now once the tank has had time to settle. Can’t wait to go back and pick our tropical fish!! Thanks very much for all your help. Would highly recommend. Was well worth the extra few mile trip!!!
Great shop very friendly and helpful staff the pictures I have put on are some of the corals I have purchased and so far never had a problem . All the tanks have labels to help the beginners understand the fish. And coral need Ie flow and if the fish is reef safe
We have been coming to Oasis for about 11 years now and have always been impressed by the quality of stock and the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff. We have both tropical and marine tanks, having originally been new to marine fish keeping and we wouldn’t have been able to make the transition without the help and support of the staff. We would to offer a huge thanks to everybody, in particular Steve, Gareth & Patrick!
These guys couldn’t be more helpful i bought a Red Sea 170 g2 of them and they have been really good with me giving me advice that i needed to get me started out in marine fish
Once again amazing staff very knowledgeable and lodes of healthy fish
Avoid this place at all costs. I visted Oasis recently to purchase 3 new fish to introduce to my well established tank with my other fish that I have had for years. I introduced the new fish, just as I should. Within days the new fish had infected the fish that I've had for years and killed them all. I strongly recommend that anyone thinking of visiting this shop thinks again and avoids it, especially if you already have fish. As I am unable to respond to your reply then I must say here. I contacted the shop by phone, explained the situation and was told, quite bluntly that as it was more than 7 day nothing could be done. I don't like to leave bad reviews but in this case you left me no option.
