I bought 3 sofas 5 yrs ago, they are still in excellent condition. I bought another one last year, still excellent condition & I bought another one back in the spring. I have just ordered replacement covers for one of the originals doubles as a dog bedLovely customer service. Great delivery time. I've recommended to friends who have bought 2 sofas as a result. Can't fault this company.
Fantastic customer service: I've had my Oakridge sofabed for over 11 years and it's fantastic quality. I wanted different covers and ordered the sofa ones by mistake instead of the sofabed ones. The aftersales rep was so helpful - send an email and once the correct ones are made up, they'll collect the wrong ones at the same time as the new ones are delivered. No quibbles. Superb company.
Bought 2 Madrid Sofa's in 2002 and still have them to this day after 4 children & 5 grandchildren now I'm going to get new cover's great Sofa's
