We were very pleased with the outcome of our claim. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. They also have access to a host of ancillary services as part of their group to help with all aspects of the claim process. We used their drying and construction repair contractors as well to take the pressure off of finding our own. All in all a seamless claims experience. Well done and thank you particularly to Lee who was excellent from my whole family.

My Insurance company gave us such a hard time when we tried to claim that i just had enough. Bear in mind i'd been with the same insurers for over 10 years. Excellent service from Oakleafe Claims. My broker recommended them to me and I have to say after seeing the amount of work involved there is NO way anyone could do what they do on their own. If you do try to handle the Insurance company without their help you are doomed to failure. As it turns out the whole process is very complicated and technical. You will not believe how an Insurance company acts!

My claim was declined by the insurance company yet Oakleafe turned it around and we were paid within 2 weeks. Not only were we paid but we received so much more than expected. Very very pleased. Big thank you from us all

Dealt with my Insurance company like true professionals. Definitely got my maximum entitlement and as a result my business has come back stronger and more profitable. Expect a fight with your Insurance company if you make a claim they are absolutely ruthless. I don't know what we would have done without Oakleafe Claims.
