My new sofa and chairs arrived today after visiting the shop on New Years Eve. I am so happy with them. The entire service from start to finish was brilliant the guy in the shop was extremely helpful and the delivery guys that came today were really good and careful getting the sofa which is quite big in and very friendly. We were so happy with the value for money when we went to the shop, we recommended them to our son and his partner. They went and also bought living room and dining room furniture. Will definitely be returning and would definitely recommend. Thanks guys
A brilliant experience with these guys! Great quality furniture at brilliant prices with after sales care making you feel genuinely appreciated as a customer. It's unfortunate that other retailers don't value individual customers anymore but Wayne and the team have been superb at every interaction! Highly recommend!
We ordered a new bed and sofa, from start to finish the service was excellent. Kate was so helpful and obliging and did us a fantastic offer. The two delivery guys were lovely, helpful and efficient, nothing to much trouble. Would recommend this company to anyone, support your local businesses and not the rip off national companies, thank you.
Absolutely fabulous store. The staff could not have been more helpful and adaptive with all the mind changes and time delays with our house move so having to hold off the furniture, nothing was too much for them. The delivery guys were fantastic, really helpful and went the extra mile! And for the quality of the furniture it is amazing at a great price too! Amazing store with lovely staff will be shopping here again.
The epitome of a family business. Warm welcome, no pressure to buy. Describing each sofa available professionally and honestly. Good choice for individual tastes and requirements. The sofa I chose being a perfect, beautiful addition to my new home.
I can't recommend this company enough, they have been fantastic with us from when we first visited right through to taking delivery months later when we finally got into our new build home after many delays. Every single member of staff is friendly and professional, the range of stock both to order in new and one-off end of line etc items is excellent, and they couldn't be more helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Oaklands again.

Well pleased with the service of delivery drivers so pleasant took care of the furniture and my walls it was a bit tight but care was taken in removing the arms and with the reassembling .would definitely go there again and purchase from them .
