Have stayed previously and was better. No mat inside bath so almost had an accident. Unable to turn radiator off, we had both windows open but room was still far to hot. Breakfast disappointing sent it back twice as cold. Was better 3rd time. Although a bit greasy. Overall clean and bed comfortable. But for money could be better.

Well located in the centre of South Woodham Ferrers. I asked for a quiet room and got one at the back which was great. An added extra was a really good band playing in the bar in the evening.

Stayed for two nights beds like camp beds very uncomfortable. Shower didn't work & hot water trickled out so ended with a 2 inch bath. Hair dryer also broken. Holes in the curtains, would cost much to replace them !. The staff were nice & room was clean that was the only plus. Breakfast ok they could do with a new toaster it took forever. February 2018

Good place to stay in the local area with a good but small range of shops near by, and will priced with breakfast.
