Kev and Jack from Total sheds installed the 4mx3m shed in this inclement weather. Both very professional and polite, straight to the job and navigated at least couple of inches of snow in the garden to complete the job. I did call to offer alternative dates but Total sheds stayed firm on their committed date and completed the job as promised. Shed was ship lap tongue and groove 34mm pressure treated so time will tell about the quality but buying, delivery and install has been really impressive. Furthermore Tracy at the office has been utterly professional and was so Richard who co-ordinated the install. Companies like this bring and encourage British jobs. Thank you lads!

I had previously bought from Total Sheds and this was my third purchase from them.  This time I chose the 10x6 tanalised pent shed and would certainly recommend it - it exceeded my expectations in both quality and appearance.  The two guys that delivered and fitted it were fast and efficient-  in fact I remembered one of them who had fitted 2 sheds at my previous address in 2017. Additionally the seller is easy to deal with and fitted an extra window for just an extra £25. Incidently its great to be able to choose where you want  doors/windows, making your shed unique.  Well done yet again!

Very happy with the ordering process, and that they emailed a confirmatory sketch just be sure I'd ordered the correct thing. 10x5 pent and that windows and door were how I wanted them. They gave me an installation date which they stuck to and even called the day before to reconfirm. Bare in mind I'm in Essex CM22, at least 120 miles from their base. The guys turned up as expected. I timed them. 12 minutes to completely erect this shed, and finished - unbelievable. Would have taken me all day. All sound, square and solidly build. I ordered from Totally shed because they advertised T&G roof and floor, which is exactly what I got. Couldn't be happier. Great job. Tony H

They encourage Bank transfers for payment which leaves you powerless to make any kind of warranty claim with credit card company. They ignore emails, They block you on social media, and they block your phone number, all when trying to report a leaking roof within a month of them erecting the shed. One entire side of the shed started to expand and rot within 3 months of it being installed, two independent people confirmed that the wood didn't look to have been pre treated at all, ended up with an expensive repair job with a local carpenter due to not receiving any responses at all from Total Sheds. Total Sham!

I chose a supreme model because of the thicker timber all round. It was easy to assemble, although needed two people because this is SOLID, not like one of those matchstick sheds from the local DIY store! Had it three months now, and it is fine, even under five inches of snow! Great service, good value for money, high quality components.

My family purchased a shed with glass windows, they didn't bring the windows with them on delivery and promised they would be subsequently fitted. We're months on now and we have not been able to get in touch. Our phone calls are constantly avoided. They had no intention of fitting the windows which had been paid for. To be honest, even if the windows had been fitted I'd only be giving 3* due to the poor quality of the fitting. Be prepared to use filler on a lot of gaps and sand down the really rough finish.

Avoid this company like the plague! We had our shed fitted last July and were initially happy with it however it got to September and the roof started leaking so they came out to fix it by re-felting the roof. It was at this point I noticed the roof was bowed allowing a puddle to gather however I was reassured it was fine as it had been re-felted. January came and surprise surprise the roof was leaking again so I specifically said the roof was bowed and needed to be replaced however they came and said they had been instructed to re-felt and not replace the roof. Here we are less than a year later and it is leaking again and when contacted I’m told that I’m out of warranty and I should have informed them during the warranty period which I had done…twice. They are now demanding £350 to replace the roof which quite frankly is disgusting seeing as we paid over £1000 for it!

We purchased a 7 x 5ft Pent shed through Total Sheds, and it was excellent quality, and exceptionally good value for money. I erected the shed myself and was super impressed! This summer I have erected 2 sheds and one summerhouse, and can honestly say that the quality from Total Sheds was far superior to the others. Good communication, and though the delivery was originally delayed, they kept us informed, and the shed arrived promptly on the expected day. Would not hesitate to recommend.

What a lovely bunch of guys Fitters turned up on time as promised It was tipping it down cracked on unfortunately the flower box’s weren’t in truck I rang the office NO PROBLEM They where delivered and fitted the next morning  my experience was great

I'm going to be positive about Total Sheds because in  truth, they were really decent. We spent 5 grand on a good sized log cabin. It turned up on time, was put together by the two lads sorry, didn't get your names! in about 4 hours. Yes, it was a bit rough round the edges and did require some detail sanding but price wise, just super cheap! A great addition to our garden, really impressed to be honest. Thanks guys, glad we got a good one without any hassle!!
