Ordered online for a replacement hat, had to order 2 for fit/shape and was delighted at the speed of the delivery, the packaging, I kept 1 hat and returned the other - foc. What a great online experience from an independent retailer. Thank you!

Brought some lemieux wellington for £92 In less than two months they developed a fault. Product returned but sent back saying not a manufactured fault stating boots rib to cause abrasion poor quality for the cost. The biggest insult was they polished and reduced the mark and sent the hunter boot shine £4 cleaner online as a act of goodwill. Don't reply to emails half the time and will not be using this company again.

Staff have a great knowledge of their products and fitting requirements. Great service
