A wonderful, friendly place. Jeanette and Steve are the most lovely people, it's a great atmosphere, welcoming and you feel at home. Excellent service, bedroom was nicely decorated, cosy and comfy. Breakfast was lovely. Can't fault the place at all. Me & my husband had a great time. Situated near the town/village, loads of great places to visit in the surrounding area, also zip world isn't far! Fantastic easter break away, highly recommended, definitely go back A****

Marvelous. From booking to departure all perfect. The single room had space enough for one person. Clean and warm, lovely view and comfortable bed. Breakfast was perfect. The host is lovely and welcoming. I indeed recommend.

Heaven , fantastic B and B everything brand new with great character and hosts who genuinely care . Thanks v much will definitely be back oh and breakfast to die for !!!!

Lovely B&B just outside Betws Y Coed. Plenty of on site parking. Free WiFi. Comfortable bed and great shower. 10 minutes to walk into the town. Breakfast in the morning was a good selection, went for the full cooked breakfast but cereals, fruit and yoghurt available. Hosts were lovely too. I would stay there again.
