Each time i call for my little girl I get treated incredibly well. The staff are courteous and helpful, I think people can forget they are beholden to the rules and often try to be nice despite people's natural inclination to talk down to them. I have no issues here. The doctors are always polite and professional.

I have had to book emergency appointment the reception staff were more than willing to help and get me to see a doctor the same afternoon. I had to reattend first thing the next morning rang at am was seen by a doctor by 9am excellent service

I was really pleased with the help I had from Jane to get my husbands appointment sorted also the advice she gave me to sort my own appointment thank you

Nice staff, sadly have not been able to make a appointment over the last two weeks due to no availability, keep being told to use the online system! Online system is not set up for children. Then told to make a emergency appointment.

Horrible surgery, avoid.

Brill place sociable doctors. Pharmacy and clinic provide medicine needed and good advice. Clean and friendly. It could maybe add a child toys eg: books or something similar to lyng medical practice. Only improvement.
