Possibly the worst estate agents I have had the misfortune of dealing with. They are trying to force us to sign a new tenancy agreement  (at a cost of £120) even though we have been on a rolling contract for 7 and a half years with no problem. They phoned us nearly every day for 2 weeks with the threat of losing our home if we didn't sign because they do not do rolling contracts!

I highly recommend Oak Valley Estates!!! They have provided me with several first class tenants, sent tradesmen to my property for a reasonable charge when I couldn't get them out in time. Generally managed my letting fantastically. 
They have also just sold my property for me in conjunction with a great solicitor ESN Solicitors in Erdington. I cant compliment them enough. Thanks Oak Valley x

Another tenant found for me by this company, I also got to choose the tenant from a list of applicants, first class service as always, can't fault them in any way...... and guess what, I'm Asian, not sure why people are playing the race card, it's why we get a bad stereotype!!!!
