Went here for Christmas day and was very well organised. The staff were working their hardest to make sure everyone had a special day. Very nice carvery.
Went with 25 friends for turkey and tinsel. £10 99 per head. 3 course meal was smashing. The girls that were looking after us were very very friendly and helpful. Tables were set out lovely. The chap that did the bingo was smashing. We all had a good time
Absolutely amazing customer service from all staff the young girl who was on the bar with the dark hair talked about all the different cakes and the team leader lady who was on today at 14.30 until we left at 15.30 absolutely lovely and friendly saw two girls also help carry plates and drinks to the elderly couples table. Food 10 out of 10 and the cakes picked one before I even eat well done to the team on shift this afternoon. I didn’t get the girls name behind the bar but does deserve some sort of praise and Michelle
We had the buffet breakfast and it was delicious we will return. We did think the bacon was a little tough but I suppose that's expected for the time we turned up after 10am due to how the food is kept warm. It certainly didn't put us off though. The lady at the bar was very friendly and thanked us again as we were leaving which I always think is great customer service.
5 star for the carvery. I'm not keen on the cakes. They are big but lack flavour. The desserts on the menu are really nice so if you like something sweet after your main meal, I recommend you go from the menu.
Really good Sunday lunch! Extremely busy place however staff are friendly and very professional. We didn't wait too long for a table but did have to queue for the carvery. We'll worth it as the food was lovely. Lots and lots of families, Extremely busy! Parking: Lots of free parking.
A large venue with lots of tables. We had a 30m wait for food when visiting on a bank holiday, but we were advised of this at the outset so knew what to expect. Staff were good, helpful and kept extremely busy. Food is really average but reasonably priced - basically what you would expect from one of these big chain type places. There was a 10 minute queue for the carvery, but again probably attributable to it being a bank holiday and the place being chocca. Kid-friendliness: Has play facilities and a kids menu to choose from. Parking: Lots of parking on site.
We had a table booked for 13:30 had a short wait. Staff very polite & professional while we waited. The carvery was excellent everything was hot & well cooked. There was a que for the carvery but not more than 5-10mins to get served. We will return....very happy
Went for Christmas day we have gone for the last eight years with the exception of covid lockdown we always have a lovely afternoon and food is always delicious. This year was no exception. Friendly cosy atmosphere, excellent customer service, pleasant staff who must have been exhausted but carried on with a smile and a cheery comment Thank you all who were serving at 2.30, we were the large party right at the back. We all had a lovely time, because of house size restrictions we can't all gather for a sit down meal. Thank you for making this possible.
Had to wait to get carvery as ran out of most items but we were notified of this on arrival and service was very good food was too cleanliness on tables and areas inc toilets could have been improved but other than that much better than we anticipated.Food: 4/5
