Please do not entrust your loved ones to the care of this home. My Mum moved here, but only lived in the home for 4 days. On the fourth night, she had a fall and broke her hip, due to numerous procedures and care plans being ignored. She had to have an operation, but due to complications caused by long term health conditions, died three days later. I can't bring my Mum back, but can only advise others to avoid this home at all costs.
