I have been with the practise for years and I have to say David and his team are getting more professional as time goes on. 
David is an exceptional dentist who knows how to treat the patient with great respect. He is always welcoming and friendly - as are ALL his staff. 
Going for my regular check ups and some "work" on my teeth is not an ordeal. 
Chrissie is the best hygienist I have ever known - kind, gentle and perfect for the job.
The receptionists are always smiling and wanting to do their best for you, so all in all, I would NOT change dentists if you paid me.

Handing in my  Oaklodge information form at 2.15pm I was offered a cancellation at 3.00pm the same day. Dr. Rosanna  most professionally 
carried out the required checks and X-rays. Receptionist Jane was able to offer a hygiene session the next day which was carried out by Chrissie with  meticulous precision accompanied by a wealth of  expert advice in a most relaxed and humorous way.  I could hardly believe in my  successful choice of Dental Practice. Great thanks to all of them!!

Like everyone else's children, my son is entitled to free NHS dental care. He was in a lot of pain this morning and needed urgent treatment. Oak Lodge was one of those places who felt he wasn't worth helping as an NHS patient, but could treat him immediately as a paying private patient. Fortunately, another dentist with ethics and conscience was able to help my son, who is now out of pain and back to school. I can't believe that when it comes to helping a child in pain, that someone would withdraw their assistance under the NHS so that they can profit at a higher margin. Terrible
