So disappointed with the customer service.

First delivery was badly damaged, took another day off work for replacement to be delivered. Replacement also damaged. Another day off work to wait for the Homeserve chap to come and take a look. But he arrived saying he was only there to fit the missing foot on our other sofa! Took ages to then get another replacement sent out, and then had to take another day off work. Can not believe how poor the customer service has been and on that basis would strongly urge people not to use this company. They have offered me £100 and have said it is a gesture of goodwill and not compensation! Despite me spending nearly £2,500 with them and having to take 3 extra days off work.  Not impressed.

Having bought wardrobe in store, having done sixty mile round trip, was met and sold wardrobe every thing ok up until then, i was to sign a little book to say that if it got damaged it would be put right, fine i thought so i signed, got home wardrobe delivered would not fit up the stairs and it could not be taken apart, so it was only then that i was told by the delivery driver that to take it back would cost me £100, nice little earner for them never ever again would i ever buy in Oakland furniture store ever again i had a 7 day money back on that item and they have completely ignored this, so the moral to this story is bad sales techniques if that,s what you want to call it i call it leave out what the customer shouldn't know and sell, sell, sell,when buying always dear customers ask them about paying them for delivering your item back to them if it does not fit into your house they must be making a fortune please be warned nice furniture but don't be fooled it will cost you.giving it a one star was to generous

There coming in selling new items, but as soon as you have purchased it they will not help  you after if you have any questions or issues, they will give you a number to phone customer services which you will have to wait for about an hour or more to get through to anybody. also not one of them in store know anything about return policy. There just refer you to customer services. There absolutely useless at communicating with each other within the company  departments. also i waited a whole day to receive a call back for them about a issue? and still didn't receive a call back i had to call them again!!!

If your going to look around the store i would take a helmet and the Shield because you will get bombarded with a sales person soon as you walk in not a nice experience.

The most useless customer service ever experienced, Waiting  on hold for 45 mins whilst I type this  only because they telephoned me and ask me to contact them ? - apparently I am in a queue but I can call back later  or order online !!!!,, The wait continues but  draw form this if you need to contact customer services for any reason the service is pretty poor.
