Ordered a lightly battered large cod, two large chips, two pies, three sausages and a curry sauce all for my family. I had to wait as the fish was freshly fried. I noticed that the cod was on the small, thin and long side and commented while the young chap wrapped it up, but he said that I was far from the counter that's why it looked small. When I got home and unwrapped the fish it was definitely small, we had to chuck at least 30% of the chips as they were not eatable. The pies, curry sauce and the sausages were as expected. Later in the evening the whole family felt sick. I will not be going there again. Will instead go to Costas in Oadby or Wigston Fish Bar.

Spot on fish and chips Had to wait 20 mins but worth it as fresh cooked .definitely will get my f&c here again

Went today to buy fish and chips . They have some poor customer service. I placed my order to the lady and started waiting for my fish and chips and the other customer who came after me also ordered the same and she got his order ready before me which seemed like she knew the person so had given him priority over me! Also owner lies when confronted.
