Badly let down by this store. Had to drive all the way to Perth instead to get help - or even an interest in assistance. They basically didn’t want to know. They also told me something about my contract that was incorrect - I was informed later by O2 Customer Services on the telephone.
Visited the store last Friday with a phone screen which wasn't functioning. I was greeted by Zoe who was able to put the phone through warranty which was a relieve as it would have cost around £600 in total costs including cost of phone and cost to upgrade. Also managed to lose my tracking ID and was fully updated about what was happening with the phone with a quick phone call with Chris. Very happy with the service and I will be continuing to use O2 for the foreseeable. Highly recommend.
Why on earth won't someone answer the phone?? I believe they have it on silent as been trying for 3 days . Ridiculous for a phone company to ignore calls. All they say is sorry and post a link to complain
Deeply disappointed. I needed to get an older phone working. They left me to finish the job on my own at home. Of course I couldn’t, but who cares - I’m just an old man. I’ll never go back.
Michelle and Fraser sorted my SIM/phone issue within minutes. Courteous and Efficient despite me thinking I knew what was wrong. Walked in without an appointment as well. Can't thank them enough!
We cannot thank Kym enough at your Thistle store today in Stirling. We had our two boys with us 11 and 9 who wanted phones for Christmas. One of our sons has autism and both are very chatty. This can make shopping a bit of a nightmare. Kym was well able to handle conversations about Pokémon etc while still having time to guide us through best options for boys. Nothing was difficult for her and the whole experience was made enjoyable and relaxing knowing that she understood the boys needs. I hope Kym sees this and knows what a wonderful, kind person she is. Two very happy boys and parents all set for Christmas. Thank you again Kym
friend visited the store to enquire about a 20% mid contract price increase she was offered another recontract which is how my friend got saddled with a uncompetitive 2 year sim only deal in the first instance. Customer service lady got annoyed and defensive when I asked about PAC and mid term cancellation charge.
Ones we had made our appointment and got our text to say they were ready to see us. It was very quick and easy to get a new contract sorted. My only criticism would be that they kept trying to force a more expensive 250gig contract on us when they knew I only used about 8 gig a month and the 25gig a month contract would be fine.
I have been a customer for a number of years and when I Go to the shop I find that the staff are friendly and helpful
I called on way to shop half an hour beforehand to book an appointment as they are still doing virtual queueing,, so I was taken right away by the time I arrived, fantastic, no having to hang around waiting. Initially the appointment was to fix a volume switch on my granddaughters phone as she had dropped hers , but I'd also had a couple of wee technical issues with mine, so Jonathan fixed those for me while we were there. He also showed my granddaughter another 'new trick' she could use on her phone to save her time, she was amazed to say the least. What a whizz this guy is, absolutely brilliant. So a big thanks goes to a very efficient & knowledgeable young man.!!
