Took my broken iPhone in to get it returned for repair.  Basically they weren't interested, it wasn't crowded but no one who knew what to do came to see me.  The recommendation was to go away and phone O2 customer services.  Terrible service.
I went to Hempsted Valley shop instead and they were brilliant (see my review there).

Awful experience here with the manager who refused to help, I explained the phone I bought is faulty, I have already had a replacement and the same fault has happened again. (I have read on forums this is a common fault with the phone) Was not helpful at all and wanted to just give me a simple replacement which I cannot use as I use my camera and phone for work. Left the store very unhappy and unsatisfied with the service. Would not buy a phone again from o2 as have absolutely no fall back after spending hundreds of pounds on a phone which does not work. Manager just gave me the number for Sony and said to call them. Rediculous!!
