Outstanding service from the O2 guru, John. Polite, friendly, patient, professional and best of all not a pushy salesman.  Combined with great technical knowledge and empathy as to what I want from a phone, I walked out with the perfect deal - well for me anyway. Also John kindly transferred  data from my old phone, which took a while, but the time flew as the conversation was always interesting, relevant and engaging. Thoroughly recommend!

Took my phone in there for a repair last week, was supposed to have been ready early this week. The tracking web site says my repair number is "not found", no updates by text since the initial one last week. The web site tells me to contact the shop, I've been ringing all day and nobody answers the phone.

Terrible customer service, avoid this store at all costs. Brought a iPhone 7?plus with a £40 phone case, the bad quality plastic clip on the case broke after only 9 weeks however according to the manager this is fair wear & tear,  so it can’t be returned or exchanged. Spend £40 on a expensive case expecting it to last a lot longer than 9 weeks. A faulty product that can’t be returned is an absolute rip off. Do not trust the staff and purchase here. Con artists

Worst customer service experience ever, the staff are extremely rude and do not have manners and do not provide good customer service , will never go to this shop. 
will also leave o2 due to the service .
