1st visit lied about friends and family in order to get me upgraded!! 2nd went back in 6 months later(last week) about a query on my phone and to see they look down on you like they are something special is unbelievable all because its an after sales problem so they want to know. 
   Also that's 2 members of staff i dealt with and the manger wasn't much of an example for them either. Never going back!!!

never answer the phone and then when you go in the store to browse if you don't show any interest in buying anything they stand so close to you it makes you feel uncomfortable.

Two years ago when I got a contract there, they had reasonably knowledgeable sales assistants. Since then, they seem to have employed sales assistants who only know the basics and one now has to make an appointment with "The Guru", who is very knowledgeable, helpful but now totally booked out (half an hour slots). I have had my phone for 2 weeks and still have various outstanding issues (like the data I pay for not working!). When I went back there last time, the assistant told me he didn't have a lot of time and that I should "play with my phone"!! Not the place to go if you're over 50 and need some advice!!!!
