Went into the store today to get my sim swapped, a lovely lady named Rebecca helped. After taking up almost an hour of her time, she did not complain and talked me through the process of changing my sim and getting the best deal. Even after my initial offer was declined due to my credit score, she tried again until it was accepted. She is an exceptional o2 staff member!
Mike was incredibly helpful and honest. It was so refreshing to receive this high level of customer service and I definitely recommend 02 Northwich especially Mike if you are looking for a contract phone.
I went into this branch with a phone that was no longer working due to a corrupted download - and had to get back quickly on the M6 for work. In short, the team were amazing. Huge thanks to Rob, Mike and Emily for their patience, kindness and expertise. It was the very best kind of customer service and the branch, and 02, are lucky to have them. Thank you.
Visited the branch looking for help in refreshing my device as I wanted to return back to using Samsung. A lovely o2 staff member called Becca helped me with my new Purchase. She was very professional and helpful and also polite. Thank You Becca for a great service.
Called in the shop this morning 9th September was greeted by Elliot and Mike who were extremely helpful. Nothing was to much trouble for them, as pensioners there help and knowledge really helped us.
I would give this place zero stars if I could. I went in to get a replacement SIM as my old one had broken, the Lisa sat me down and tried to bully me into getting a slightly better contract so she could get commission. When I told her twice I didn't want one she looked at me in disgust, gave me my SIM and went over to her colleagues. I can only imagine the amount of people she's taken advantage off.
Been in today to change hubbies phone. Staff here are always great but special mention to Matt who was so lovely friendly and helpful. He found us a great deal, even put an anti virus on my phone. Matt, you're an absolute credit to your company. Thanks for your patience with us and the dogs!
Excellent customer service went above and beyond. Robin set my Smart Watch up for me and went through the basics, which was really appreciated. Lovely fella and an asset to the team. X
Couldn't find a worse place for help. The man who dealt with us may as well had jumped back on the sugar puff box . When I asked for help he didn't want to help. 15 years with 02. Up yours I'm off to EE
Husband went a few days ago and the 2 girls were totally not interested and unhelpful. We went back and saw Mike who was brilliant. If you go ask for Mike and if its the girls leave and go back another day.
