My husband and I went to this shop on saturday 27th of september . There was a young man and a young lady in the shop . No customers . We were not greeted by either of the customer services assistants who were both slumped over a counter in conversation . If anything they looked irritated by our presence. We had a simply query about my husbands phone which he had recently purchased . The young bespecled lady was ignorant and very unhelpful when we asked for assistance . We left the shop and went over the road to Carphone Warehouse where we were treated with respect and the staff there were very helpful . In future we will not be using O2 based on this appalling experience.
