Great store very helpful staff definitely recommend to get your phone from them if you want a great service.
There were 3 members of staff stood chatting as had no customers. I went in with a query to be passed from one to another. No offer of' take a seat.' Remember no customers!. I felt undervalued as a customer. They couldn't have cared if they got a sale or not which they didn't as I decided I'd rather give my money elsewhere.
Always found to be helpful, except on one or two occasions, a distinct lack of interest in your problem, I got tbe impression that NO SALE, NO INTEREST was foremost in their minds, sorry just saying

Me and my partner visited this shop recently to renew our contracts and then again to sell our old mobiles and the staff were excellent. Very polite and helpful. Not to mention very knowledgeable about the new phones they were giving to us as part of the new contract. Thank you again for fantastic service.
