Well my experience of this store was one of two emotions. One the staff were really really helpful especially Rochelle and Scott they both went beyond to help me with a problem that o2s system let them and myself down. I was on holiday for a week decided to upgrade a couple of phones and didn’t work and is still not working even now I’ve returned home but both staff have still been trying to sort the problem so ten out ten for the staff but 02 I find it ridiculous that I’m still waiting for my sons sim to b activated and just found out that we got to wait to Friday the 12th of August for it to b activated so all in total 9 days it’s a joke. But thanks to Rochelle and Scott for your hard work. If it wasn’t for u 2 I would have just cancelled the contract.

I called in today, and I can honestly say I have always received brilliant service. But today in particular the service was outstanding from one of the newest members of staff Scott, he has the patience of a saint and sorted me out with a new deal in a friendly and professional manner. He's a credit to this branch, as are all the staff so thank you.
I visited the shop yesterday but unfortunately they were unable to help with my problem through lack of knowledge and ask me to call back today . I waited 30 minutes and as the the expert was still busy I was asked to leave my phone and password and my phone would be sorted,I went shopping and came back still with the same customer, I went out again and when I returned both the expert and the customer were gone ,I was told my phone was probably fixed, guess what it wasn't... awful service.
Was in o2 shop in Larne today to upgrade my phone .I had a very pleasant and stressless experience doing so as Scott Hylands who looked after me was excellent .5star care indeed .
Now o2 actually is quite good it’s just there a bit pricey and instead of doing like 10 deals a month just decrease price on a normal plan or even give them 250mb more that would be nice.
They didn't have the Google Daydream headset I was looking to purchase but the staff were helpful and pleasant.
Just called at the Larne shop today,to transfer data from phone to phone. 2 very helpful members of staff facilitated this. Would thoroughly recommend this store.
Very good for helping me sort out my phone .very pleasant young man .well worth a visit .sr
