Helpful and attentive staff. Used family and friends to get a 20% discount. Impressed.

Not happy at all. All i wanted to do is change the name on the contract I've paid for 18 years and get 2 new phones. They wanted me to pay £306 to change the name. Furious doesn't come close. Went next door to EE and bought 2 new phones instead.

Very helpful staff. I always deal direct with my provider now as have been stung by cold calling deals pretending to be service providers. Data protection changes are in force now to stop this happening but I think better be safe than sorry
