Friendly staff always happy to help & great atmosphere

Awful customer care they just sit around doing nothing. When you do buy a deal off them you have to find out the real deal yourself the hard way.  I went back to vodafone weaker signal in fleet but much better customer care.

Assisted by Shingirai who was patient, professional, helpful and nice natured. I had a bad experience a few years ago with arrogant staff which put me off coming in,  but was glad to see you have some nice people now. I got the phone I wanted & am very happy. I hope the manager gets to read this. Thanks!

Treat you like liars and don't listen. No apologies for terrible service and all you get is attitude
