So far so good, fair play to Ben, he seems to be trying to rectify the service levels that store previously let slip. Good CLEAR honest advice this time around, Price isn't everything, good service and loyal customers are hard to achieve, but so easily lost.

O2 over charged me by 3 months never got in touch either before or after contract ran out then refused to refund what they took out of my bank

Always lovely staff, but am disappointed by the offers on and how still expensive they are, compared to deals at other services.
