Notwithstanding, in view of general data and client conversations accessible on discussions and web-based entertainment, the criticism for OTH Minicabs is blended. Kind and caring drivers, easy and friendly service and most importantly the drivers we have used have been amazing with my child his needs and getting him safely to school and back.

Only get 1 star as have to rate. I would NOT recommend using this company. Booked online and website crashed twice. Called immediately to ensure my booking was correct and I would not be charged twice or have two bookings in system. Nobody answers the phone when you call and automated service does not allow you to queue on the line so had to leave a voicemail which was never responded to. Day after my taxi booking I was charged twice. I emailed immediately and was told it would be rectified. Numerous emails later, I have had no refund and no proper response. Absolutely terrible customer service. They obviously could not care less once they have your payment details.

The best taxis company i have ever use in my life there service is amazing and the operators are so friendly feel like family to me, not to mention there wonderful drivers. I would AND  i mean I WOULD recommend any and everyone to us OTH MINICABS. Keep up the good work will always us you when am back in London.

I am giving 1 star given google prevents giving 0. Company playing with children life and safety - absolutely awful experience.  Despite booking more than 2 weeks in advance a car pickup from the airport to my home 1 hour drive and specifying a child seat for a 2-year old kid, the driver, who showed up 15 minutes late and who instead of waiting for us with our name tag after the customs as agreed and paid for was waiting in his car outside the airport to avoid paying parking fees, said he had no car seat but had just bought one before coming to the airport. Proper planning.  Of course, this driver had not installed the seat so I had to take command given he had never install a children car seat before. I struggled to install it despite his proposal to install it in more simple way meaning my child would fly away at the first braking but in the end I sort of made it I think.  Then I realised the car seat was for child from 3 years old and our child is relatively small. Well done!  In the end we left with 30 minutes delay on a 1-hour journey 50%. I complained to OTH asking for reimbursement and was basically rudely told off. I want to make it clear to anyone who reads that that playing with child safety is something that has no place in 2018. Please do not book them and do not read whatever justification they will write in response to this review which they will not like and will surely try to deny or come hard at me and probably lying.  Cherry on the cake, they were more expensive than any other cab company including Uber!

This company are a disgrace. I booked a 'return' journey a week before Christmas having received a quote from two other cab companies Addison Lee £90 and another local cab rank for £85. OTH quoted £75 for a pick up on Christmas day from Peckham to family in Hampstead. I accepted the booking and was obliged to pay in advance which seems incredibly dodgy on reflection. Only this was a journey for one way, apparently. I disputed this and spoke to the manager who played back our initial call where I could clearly be heard asking for a 'return journey', yet she rudely argued that I didn't make myself clear and a return journey price would have been £150! Such a rip off, avoid this rude company at all costs.

Prompt and professional service, friendly and knowledgeable driver, clean and comfortable vehicle. Highly recommended taxi service.

Disgraceful service. I booked and paid for a cab for 8.12pm to pick my sons girlfriend after a 12 hour shift and they didn't turn up!!! I was out for the evening and ended up picking her up myself at 10 15. Needless to say I will not be using them again.

Dont bother. Only given 1 star because I can't give 0. Driver decided he didn't want to spend the money driving from departures where he had dropped his previous clients, to arrivals to collect me. Made me walk half way across the airport with a massive bag. Only to be not there when I got there. I was late for a meeting I could have walked to quicker.
