Really poor service. Had service carried out in December . After service the i have had to go into loft every 2 days to restart boiler.  Engineers been out 4 times each time have been charged call out and now nearly 6months later still have same problem. I would have been better giving them the call out charge and telling them to go for an ice cream down the shore. They keep saying they will send out someone which they do each time cant fault them there. But as for fixing the problem well thats another story. Wouldnt touch this company with a barge pole

Really efficient - coldest time of the year and the heating engineer came out within an hour, Sourced the new part and fitted it. The service plan is worth its weight in gold! Thanks to Adam and the O’neil Team!
