As a student from Belgium, I got the opportunity to gain some practical experience with O’Dwyer Real Estate Management by a 3-month lasting internship. I could not have wished a better company to work with! By working so close together with them, I saw them managing their properties with great care and making all the efforts to give the customer a high-quality service. They were so busy all day long and still stayed incredibly respectful and kind to all the people contacting them. 
This hard work delivered by a highly skilled team results in an excellent client service which every customer deserves.

This is the worst type of company to make business with. I was the tenant of one of their properties. The property had some issues, I called them but they never fixed anything. They answer the phone calls, say that it's going to do it but never do! AVOID MAKING BUSINESS WITH THEM! I also left the property and they never gave me back my deposit. It's been 4 months, I already contacted RTB for a mediation and they just don't do the things on the right way. I was advised to go to the tribunal against them and that's what I'll be doing. If you are a tenant or landlord, just keep in mind that this is the worst company to deal with, they may soon go bankrupt.

I have always paid my rent on time and treated the apartment as if it was my own. When I received the notice for leaving the apartment not only they didn't write a recommendation letter, but they didn't even answer the phone.

Currently renting a property with this company. The agent we worked with, Bernadette, was very helpful and efficient throughout the moving in process. Bernadette was very professional in the way in which she looked after us and made moving in a quick and easy process.
Would rent from this establishment again.
