A perfect place if you're looking for a big variety of fresh local seafood. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, and live music.
Staying at Ashbrook Cottage and asked for a recommendation since we are from the states. Did not disappoint! Really enjoyed the food and atmosphere after a long travel day. Fish + Chips and Seafood Chowder
Great bar and restaurant with a traditional atmosphere. A good range of beers and spirits and the food is good quality at a fair price. Layout is a bit quirky in a good way.
Stopped for dinner and had the seafood platter and seafood linguine. Both were excellent. Had the Mor Irish Gin which was also great.
It was our first Irish pub. I always wanted to experience the music from good hearted folks just sharing their talent while drinking some Guiness.nWell, we ended up eating here, the food was amazing. The drinks were fairly priced and great as well.nnAnd on Thursday, you get to experience some traditional music. It was a dream for me like I told you guys briefly, little old me too shy to stay for a bit. But hey, yes we enjoyed it, it was quite something seeing all of you guys playing, we had probably the best night out of our 6 months trip.nMake sure to share the word with the accordion lad, everybody's energy was impressive and I didn't have the chance to thank him like I did to you as he left while I was away.nnLove from France, see you !
