Easy to use online service - item delivered before timeline suggested - very efficient. Small feedback that website suggests Free Delivery in ROI until you check that it only applies on orders over €100. No big issue, but maybe a suggestion that the amount is also in your advertisement so as to avoid any initial misunderstanding. Other than that, great service and will be using again
My go-to off license. Great selection for a small store but staff are always helpful and kind.
O'briens have a great range of wines but some staff in this store could do with a refresher in customer service. Tone and approach can be offhand and aggressive when enforcing the maximum number of people in store rule. Manager might want to have a rethink here. A number of people were treated in this way on my visit. Just an observation on this particular store.
nice selection and diversity of beers wine whisky spirits dream and everything else that you can imagine. Staff is knowledgeable and honest about what's good in what isn't. It is not as cheap as I would like to be, but given the location I think it runs down to an average of about 10 or €12 per bottle of wine
Always super helpful, also have a good selection of alcohol free things too which is great.
Great selection of wines and beers. I cycle out from the city centre to pick up some gluten free beer I can't get elsewhere. Sound bunch too.
