There was one girl on .she was serving one person at a time from start to finish before moving onto the next person .This built up a queue but the sandwiches looked good. Then another woman joined the first woman and she took my order .and the order of the two customers behind me. Yes this was quicker but the sandwich was thrown together and dumped into the oven quickly. In and out in a rush .The result was a barely toasted sambo. I didn't eat it .I won't go there again.The staff member who through my sambo together was called Tanya. I was sorry I didn't get the slower girl. Actually she served the man behind me and he got his mark before me as she did only his .I wouldn't have minded waiting for a nice sambo
Got a toasted sandwich with camembert. The first half tastes fine but my boyfriend tasted something was off and as soon as I bit into my other half I got a disgusting taste of rotten cheese. I kept pushing through thinking I forgot how strong camembert was but no this taste went through all my senses. I went up just to ask for water to wash it down and give the sandwich back, and the Asian woman who served me the sandwich rudely kept brushing me off telling me I already ate most of the sandwich and wouldn't hear me out. The other worker manager supposedly was fine but I'll be sure to steer clear of that place. I'm still nauseous now even a few hours later and the sick taste won't leave my mouth. I think she even knew it was off because she kept scraping layers off the cheese, unbelievable.
Terrifying experience. When ordering I said: « give me one second to choose » and I was told « I don’t have one second for you! » I got barked at multiple times for not following the rather esoteric ordering process you pay at another till, you have to pick up apples somewhere else but the juices are handed to you. also, food court is advertised to be opened 24h but by 7:20pm almost everything is closed. I Learned my lesson and will avoid next time I am around.
I can share the experience of Karen. Extremly rude staff member named Tanya. I asked a questions and she reacted extrem unfriendly and bugged. After the second question another staff member had to take our order. If possible I would give zero stars!!!
Food is good , reasonable portion good value , the lost 3 stars because of the rudness of the female serving staff, reminded of the angry lunch lady in school, this branchs staff could really use some courses on interacting with customers.
Rude unhelpful staff ... breakfast bagel consists of microwaved egg bacon and cheese clumped together on a dry stale bagel... disgusting and uneatable... returned it with no response.....poor poor customer service AVOID YOU’LL BE GLAD YOU DID!!
Very rood staff. Went this moring to order sandwich woman who served me was ignorant and very rude to me . Never going back again.
