I can't recommend NWK Crossfit enough. I started a few years ago and had a negative approach to working out. After meeting the owner Sam, he took me under his wing and made me realise I'm able to lift heavy weights and see results. The staff are super friendly and the community of members are even better. You never train alone and there are no egos unlike most gyms. Everyone supports each other whether you're a beginner or a Crossfit guru.
