Price was brilliant, but that was about it. I emailed them what they asked for and told me I didn’t email them because they didn’t look at their emails for seven days which is not my fault. They told me everything was sorted and if anything else needed to be talked about they would call me I did receive a call. I received a text message saying their account to my insurance 12 o’clock the same day I would not be going with them again probably the worst insurer I’ve ever been with. I’ve paid over £500 for about 28 days worth of cover. I’m not be able to use it like I would like to so hoping I’m going to get my money back.
Very good brokers. Have been with them for almost 10 years and never had a complaint. Richard is alway very helpful to me. And gets me the best deal possible at the time. Would strongly recommend to all for your motor trade uses.
Horrible experience, avoid if possible. After being with them 3 years, had cause to cancel within the 14 day period only to be faced with huge penalties. Impossible to get through on the phone and emails simply ignored. Took a whole month to confirm my N.C.B. causing massive stress. Avoid if possible and shop around. Would be zero stars if allowed!
Stay well aware from these con-artist, they'll take all the relevant information and quote you based on what has been provided, once you take out the policy they go ahead with cancellation within 14 day period and leave you hanging without a refund. My policy was cancelled 2 months ago and I still haven't received my refund!!!
Got to say that Nash Warren as been the best commercial insurance company I've been with now 4yrs I believe, I've had problems with getting my licence back from DVLA because they lost it and Nash Warren have been so understanding waiting for a copy of it as the DVLA took 4mnths to get it returned, so it's thumbs up for NW and thumbs down for DVLA Once again thanks to NW for being so patient
After having a nightmare on behalf of my own accord and for others a reminder to keep safe your no claims discount from previous insurer. With Nash warren been recommended by friends. And having multiple quotes that would need a remortgage on the house. Nash hit the spot. I couldn't stop smiling. My apologies to the girls in reception for 2 weeks of email hell. But time to relax and enjoy life again covered for all occasions
I paid my monthly money off before the direct debit was due, this caused a false direct debit reject, subsequently my finance agreement and insurance was cut short, losing my two months at the end of my 10 months of payments, I called creation up, then Nash Warren after receiving notice by text message and a letter cancelling my insurance in the post, after the call to Amy the whole thing was resolved and was clear to see I was infact in front and not in arears, any swiftly explained the situation and followed up with a covering letter should I get stopped by the police for any reason, big worry off my mind in these hard times, Thankyou Amy and Thankyou Nash Warren, long may our business continue

Took out my house insurance through Nash Warren Insurance Service Limited and was really impressed with how easy the whole experience was from start to finish. Also a fantastic concept to donate some of their commission to wildlife charities. Such a reassuring thought to know that some of my money is helping animals around the globe.
Good value initially, but the devil's in the detail. Start charging very soon for absolutely everything. No chance of ever getting through on the phone. A messages in a bottle will be more successful. If you value price above service you'll be happy
