Visited here whilst on holiday locally. The food is fabulous and well priced too. Service is great, unhurried and well looked after. If you enjoy Italian food you I'll enjoy eating here.

The food was excellent. The set lunch was well priced and great value. The service was exemplary. A great place to try and one you will enjoy.

Staff were helpful, friendly, accommodated all our needs on a busy unbooked day. Food was absolutely delicious 10/10 for my clam linguine and semi fredo pudding. Excellent value. Highly recommended!

What a treat! As fans of the Sicilian detective, we were attracted by the name and we were not disappointed. A trio of succulent lamb cutlets and a substantial swordfish steak, each accompanied by an elegant mound of crunchy, garlicky veggies. Salvo would have approved.

This was a great experience, complemented by friendly, funny, chatty and highly efficient family staff, stunning food and wine, and a wonderful Italian atmosphere. It was like being in a small piece of Italy/Sicily. It is not part of a restaurant chain, but a proper family-run affair. Superb and well done.

First visit and have to say - very impressed. My Mum & her husband have just moved round the corner and they are so pleased to have such a lovely restaurant on their doorstep. Food was amazing, service attentive & decor/ambiance was perfect. We will certainly be back! Thank you!
