Can not express enough how great the service from Bruce is! He really went above and beyond to get my machine up and running. His knowledge is extensive and he takes great pride in his work. He is not out to rinse you for your money as very happily and freely gave me advice on how to look for basic things on my machine which could avoid any call outs. He is very professional.... extremely thorough and to top it off a really, really nice guy! Will only be using and recommending Bruce from now on... a very happy customer .... Tasha 😀

Called Bruce as our 12 year old washing machine had decided to go on strike. His thoroughness in diagnosing can only come from years of experience and attention to every possibility. Although the problem was fixable, it was not really financially viable so Bruce's advice on a replacement was very helpful and we now have a shiny new machine on its way to us. I just wish there were more such friendly, helpful and knowledgeable people willing to help. A real gem, thanks Bruce.

We have an LG direct drive washer driver with a fault. We contacted Bruce and his team who attended promptly, the part was ordered and replaced. We were able to claim part on warranty as the motor does have a ten year warranty. Bruce and his team knew their stuff and attended as promised, thanks.

Waited a week as Bruce busy but pleased with telephone manner and other reviews. On the Bruce unable to find us (basically onto Dipford Road and keep going for about a mile). Bruce rang on the morning and said he wasn't prepared to come out, leaving me to find someone else.

Absolutely SUPERB service! And an absolutely splendid and friendly chap, very sympathetic to my plight! Fixed my washing machine the very next morning, good as new, saving me from having to buy a new washing machine. I 100% guarantee you will get a top and friendly service from Bruce - top marks! :-)
