Experience an innovative approach to gyms at our East Kilbride Fitness & Wellbeing Centre. Our dedicated team of clinically trained health experts, located in gym, are on hand to support you every step of the way, ensuring you reach your fitness goals.

What makes Nuffield Health gyms different? When you join East Kilbride Fitness & Wellbeing Centre you'll discover our unique 3-step gym plan which is expertly designed to help you succeed in your objectives, whatever they may be.

Your journey with us starts with our 12-point Health MOT from which you'll obtain your 'health score'. After 3 months of carrying out a personalised gym programme, at your own pace, you'll have your second MOT. If you have not maintained or improved your health score you're free to leave us with no obligation.
