Couldn't be more pleased than I am with NRM. Neil is polite, skilful, effective and trustworthy. If he'll travel to Lichfield for smaller jobs I'll have NRM do all my plumbing work. They fitted my Worcester Bosch Greenstar 15Ri fully and when they'd finish, other than a shiny new boiler, you'd not have known they'd been. The heating in my house is better now than when I bought it, the system was power-flushed and rads balanced all as part of the job. On top of that my 8-year warranty became 10 because NRM spotted an offer for an additional 2 years that I didn't even know existed. They dealt with the whole thing. So, so pleased, my highest recommendation.
It's hard to get a tradesman you trust We moved into a new home a little over two years ago & I'm so glad we called NRM. They were really busy but Wendy was so friendly & helpful, I decided to wait for the appointment. Neil & Jacob came to service the boiler they were friendly, easy to talk to & didn't mind answering any questions asked. They installed a radiator in the kitchen a couple of weeks ago & although had my carpet & floorboards up to plumb into the system, they are so tidy you couldn't tell afterwards where they'd been. They treated my home as if it were their own. We also had a Magnaclean fitted as our inherited system was filthy. After we cleaned it we couldn't get the heating back on & reluctantly as it was a Sunday we had to call Neil, it was our mistake we hadn't turned the taps into the correct position but he called back almost immediately & was so understanding, he talked my husband through until he found the problem & didn't make you feel daft, saying he would come round if we couldn't sort it this way. I'd be reluctant to use anyone else
Neil installed and has maintained our Worcester Bosch boiler for over three years. They are excellent, came recommended by a friend, and I cannot speak too highly of them. We have recommended them to our neighbours who are also extremely pleased.
Neil and the team have been servicing our boiler / central heating for the last 8 years. They are very reliable, friendly and trustworthy family run business, cant speak highly enough.
